Location
Location of study is arranged prior to the start of the program (e.g. on free trial/by phone).
Location of study can be at the student’s house or at a café/restaurant.
Sudden change of location can be made at least 4 hours before each session.
Syllabus and materials
The syllabus is prepared by the tutor.
Student can propose a change on the syllabus as long as it is beneficial and suitable for the learning process.
Materials are given by the tutor, but the student is welcome to contribute ideas / extra materials.
Student is expected to prepare their own notebook and stationeries.
Time and Study Period
If the student cannot attend the session, the tutor needs to be informed at least 4 hours before the start of each session. If not, and the tutor is already at the location, the session will not be replaced.
Student is allowed to take a leave for maximum of 2 weeks in a row with a notice at least 1 day before the start of the leave.
If student cannot attend because of force majeure/natural disasters, the session(s) will be replaced.
The maximum waiting time is 30 minutes. If the student does not appear, the tutor has the right to leave. If the tutor does not appear, the student has the right to demand a replacement.
The student is allowed to change the schedule with the mutual agreement with the tutor.
Payment and Fee
The payment that has been made cannot be refunded, except if the tutor cannot teach for urgent reason(s).
The fee that is already agreed by both parties cannot be renegotiated.
